WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

As our Commercial Construction Project Manager, you work alongside your supervisor and contractors as you effectively see our commercial projects through from start to finish. Utilizing your strong project management skills, you help resolve construction problems, improve construction methods, and inspect work in progress. Additionally, you ensure projects stay on schedule and verify that all project specifications for work are met.

On top of keeping projects organized, you create submittals based on estimate schedules, utilizing updated plans, ASK's, RFI's, Change Orders and AutoCad/TurboCad. To ensure quality and compliance, you review submittals, contract documents and approved drawings and make any changes as needed. Finally, you prepare shop drawing, schedules, and submittals based on manufacturers cut sheets. Ultimately, we rely on you to keep our projects running smoothly, on schedule, and on budget.   • Previous commercial construction detailing and/or specification experience
  • Previous estimating experience in commercial construction
  • Previous project management experience
  • Can accurately read and interpret architectural and structural design packages, blueprints, contracts or governmental regulations
  • Functional skills in AutoCAD or TurboCAD
  • Responsible for complete door and hardware takeoff's & costing all parts of scopes of work
  • Current driver's license
  • English fluency (speaking, reading, and writing)
